PVC Pipe Production Line

CE approved 110-400mm plastic PVC waste water pipe making machine 80/156, with GF series auxiliary machinery, specially designed for PVC pipe, is mainly used in the area of agricultural water supply system, architectural water supply system, pavement of cables, etc .

The main SJZ series conical twin screw extruder is specially designed for PVC powder to form pipe. The screw has applied oil cooling system, barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system, computer control.

The SRL-Z series vertical mixer unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing craft together , then after heat mixing ,the materials can be got into cool mixer for cooling automatically, exhausts remaining gases and prevent agglomeration.

The optimized design vacuum tank is adjustable in 3-D direction, the tank and water pipe are made from stainless steel, they are stability and adjustable.

 

For Different diameter range will be equipped with corresponding different machines.
